Brighton Pet Care have looked after our four cats, two rabbits and 50 fish on many many occasions. Steven and Tomasz show amazing sensitivity, care and understanding towards our animals. We cannot recommend them enough, they have transformed our lives when we go away, since all our animals are Rescues, often with emotional / stress or medical needs which might not be given priority by other means. I was a bit stressed looking for last minute cat feeding over Christmas and I met Steven and liked him straight away but also thought he seemed professional, which is a good combination when you're putting your cats care in someone else's hands -you want them to be kind and friendly but also take it seriously. Steven at Brighton Pet Care has been a life-saver and I couldn't recommend his services more highly. I have an old moggy with very specific medical requirements so it can be quite stressful finding someone to look after him when we go away. Steven was super diligent in making sure he understood the cat feeding, dosage brief and was really reassuring, letting me know how the cats were. Steven fed our guinea pig for us whilst we were on holiday. It was very easy to arrange and Steven was great with communication. We returned to a very happy, well fed and cosy guinea pig. Steven had supplied extra hay/food as it got chilly. I’d definitely use this service again and recommend them too. It’s nice to have peace of mind about your pet whilst you’re away. We would highly recommend Brighton Pet Care. Steven and Tomasz are brilliant and our dog Ernest loves staying with them. They treat him like family and we have no worries while we are away - it's like he is on holiday as well. As soon as we get close to their street Ernest starts pulling like mad to get to their door! Steven is very trustworthy and was extremely kind while looking after my daughter’s rabbit Shakes. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Steven came to look after my two cheeky cairn terriers Rory and Kirsty for a few days back in May and I was so pleased to see the photos he took and sent me while I was away. Steven looked after my leopard gecko Echo whilst I was away over Christmas, he was very professional and visited beforehand to meet him and collect keys. Echo is usually very shy with strangers but he hit it off with Steven right away, coming out to say hi and letting Steven stroke him :) Steven had experience of looking after leopard geckos and was very friendly and kind to Echo, he also sent me regular updates and photos whilst I was away. We recently had a holiday and used Brighton Pet Care to feed our rabbits and fish. Steven was great to deal with. Spending half hour every day at our home so the rabbits could get some exercise out of their hutch. We even got a daily update and pictures. Highly recommended.
